SSG Specialist, Becky Happach Detrick with New Wave Home Care, will share real-life case studies to provide a clear understanding of the key elements in advance planning, and will take a deep dive into each of the Wishes as it relates to your individual values and preferences. The “Five Wishes” digital booklet from Aging with Dignity is provided to all participants as a guide.
